Hi, My brother was diagnosed with OCD when he was 19 and he’s in the middle of a really bad flair up to do with bad intrusive memories. I really don’t know what to do to help him because he makes up some of the memories, they’re not always real. Can someone help me.

Our Helpline volunteers provide confidential and unbiased help, information and support for people with OCD (and their family members too). Most volunteers have personal experience of OCD; all understand OCD and how it can impact a family’s life.
